1. Why This Page Exists

fitRDY handles fitness, nutrition, readiness, wearable, and body-composition information. This page gives a concise, plain-English summary of sensitive data use, AI-assisted features, and coach access. It supplements the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Data Deletion pages.

fitRDY is a fitness and wellness technology service, not a healthcare provider, health plan, medical device, or emergency service.

2. Health and Fitness Data Categories

fitRDY may process information you enter directly, information generated by your use of the app, and information you choose to sync from connected providers or mobile health bridges.

3. AI-Assisted Features

fitRDY uses AI-assisted tooling for features such as nutrition text parsing, meal-photo estimates, nutrition label parsing, body-composition scan parsing, dashboard coaching summaries, workout/program generation, and related review workflows.

When you use those features, fitRDY may send the minimum practical feature context to AI service providers, including OpenAI. That context can include the photo or scan you submitted, profile details, training history, nutrition data, readiness check-ins, wearable summaries, or your correction notes when needed for the requested result.

fitRDY does not use your account health, fitness, nutrition, image, or coach data to train fitRDY foundation models. For selected AI-assisted features that use OpenAI API services, fitRDY relies on provider API settings and terms intended for business processing; OpenAI states that API data is not used to train OpenAI models unless the API customer opts in. AI providers may still retain limited logs for abuse monitoring, security, or legal compliance according to their own terms.

AI output is informational support for fitness, wellness, and coaching decisions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

4. Coach Access

Coach access is optional. At launch, a coach relationship is created only when you expressly choose that path, such as using a coach join token during signup or manually adding/selecting a coach later. fitRDY does not assign a coach to see your data without your decision to use that relationship.

If you enable a coach relationship, the coach may see the data categories allowed for that relationship, such as nutrition targets and logs, workout and cardio history, and body-composition context. Coach access is scoped by the relationship and can be revoked or changed through supported app or support workflows.

Internal beta testing may use restricted test access for founder/staff validation of coach workflows. That is not the normal launch model for coach access.

5. Choices

  • You can choose whether to connect wearable providers or Health Connect.
  • You can grant, deny, or revoke mobile health permissions through your provider or device settings.
  • You can avoid optional AI/photo features by not submitting photos, scans, screenshots, or AI prompts.
  • You can choose whether to create or use a coach relationship.
  • You can request correction, export, or deletion using Support or Data Deletion.
