fitRDY Data Deletion Requests

1. Quick Integration Disconnect (Self-Service)
For integration-only removal, open your fitRDY Profile page and disconnect the provider.
This revokes future sync and updates connection state immediately.
You can also revoke Health Connect or provider permissions directly in the provider app or your device settings. Revoking access stops future sync; use the request process below if you also want previously synced fitRDY records removed.
2. Deletion Request Types
- Integration-only deletion: remove data associated with a specific provider connection.
- Full account deletion: remove account-linked fitRDY data, subject to lawful retention obligations.
- Specific data correction/removal: request targeted removal with date ranges or record references.
3. How to Submit a Deletion Request
Email fitRDY Inc. at hello@fitrdy.com or use Support.
This page is the public web path for account deletion requests tied to fitRDY accounts, including accounts created through the web app, Google sign-in, or mobile companion apps.
Please include:
- Your fitRDY account email.
- Requested scope (integration-only, full account, or specific records).
- Provider name (if applicable).
- Any relevant timeframe and details to help identify records.
4. Verification and Processing
- We may request verification before processing deletion requests.
- Request acknowledgment target: 3 business days.
- Completion target for verified requests: 30 days or sooner, unless legal exceptions apply.
5. What May Be Retained
Certain limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or audit obligations.
- Billing and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention needs.
- Security, abuse-prevention, and audit logs may be retained for limited operational/legal periods.
- Records needed to document that a deletion request was received and completed may be retained in restricted form.
Retained records are restricted to necessary operational/legal scope and are not used for normal coaching workflows.
Deletion may not immediately remove copies already processed by third-party service providers from their own short-term security, abuse-prevention, backup, or legal-compliance logs, but fitRDY will stop ordinary app use of deleted account data and will process provider deletion or deauthorization requirements where applicable.
6. Third-Party Provider Deauthorization Events
For connected providers, fitRDY also honors provider-originated deauthorization/deletion events where applicable, and propagates those removals into fitRDY records tied to that integration.
If you connected a coach, deleting your account or revoking the coach relationship removes ordinary coach access going forward. Internal beta-only test access is handled as restricted operational access and is not the launch model for member-coach relationships.
