fitRDY Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use are between you and fitRDY Inc. By accessing or using fitRDY, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use fitRDY services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• fitRDY is intended for adult users. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

3. Service Description

fitRDY is a digital fitness and health platform that delivers personalized training, recovery, and lifestyle guidance through adaptive programming and performance insights, including training plans, readiness and recovery tracking, nutrition guidance, and optional integrations with wearable devices and other health data sources.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

fitRDY provides fitness, training, recovery, and wellness guidance for informational and educational purposes only. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical-device functionality, or emergency support.

Any training plans, readiness scores, nutrition guidance, or other recommendations generated by the platform should not be considered medical advice. Users should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, or if they have questions about a medical condition.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical exercise, training programs, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or physical harm. By using the fitRDY platform and following any training plans, recommendations, or guidance provided through the platform, users acknowledge and accept these risks and assume full responsibility for their participation in such activities.

6. Algorithmic Recommendations

Certain features of the platform may generate recommendations or guidance using automated systems, algorithms, or adaptive programming or AI-assisted models. These recommendations are intended to support general fitness and wellness goals and may not account for all individual circumstances, medical conditions, or limitations.

Users remain solely responsible for determining whether any activity, recommendation, or program is appropriate for their personal situation.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party wearable devices, fitness services, or health data providers. Data received from these services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of those providers. fitRDY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data supplied by third-party integrations.

8. Age Requirement

The fitRDY platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 should not use fitRDY without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and fitRDY is not directed to children under 13.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not use fitRDY to violate laws, third-party rights, or provider terms.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of platform services.
• Do not submit malicious payloads or content intended to disrupt service operation.

10. Third-Party Integration Terms

• Integration connections (for example, Strava, Garmin Connect, WHOOP, Polar) are optional.
• You may disconnect integrations at any time.
• You authorize fitRDY to process permitted provider data needed for in-app coaching functionality.
• fitRDY may remove connected-provider records when required by deauthorization, deletion events, or compliance obligations.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable provider account terms and permissions.

11. Coach Relationships

Coach features are optional. At launch, a coach relationship is created only when you choose that path, such as using a coach join token during signup or manually adding/selecting a coach later. A coach is not assigned to your account without your express decision to use that coach relationship.

If you enable a coach relationship, the coach may view the categories supported for that relationship, such as nutrition targets and logs, training history, cardio history, and body-composition context. Beta testing may use controlled internal access to validate coach workflows; that testing access does not represent the normal launch model for member-coach relationships.

12. Health and Coaching Disclaimer

fitRDY provides training and coaching support information. fitRDY is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medical-device functionality, or emergency services.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

13. Billing and Paid Features

Some features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing intervals, and entitlements are presented in-app. You are responsible for applicable charges associated with your selected plan.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, training methodologies, and materials provided through the fitRDY platform are the intellectual property of fitRDY Inc. or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

15. Suspension and Termination

fitRDY Inc. may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using fitRDY at any time and may request data deletion through Data Deletion.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fitRDY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fitRDY Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on training plans, recommendations, metrics, or information provided through the platform.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of fitRDY after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
