For Integration Issues, Include

  • Provider name (for example, Strava, Garmin Connect, WHOOP, Polar).
  • Issue type (connect, sync, disconnect, or data mismatch).
  • Approximate timestamp and timezone.
  • Screenshots or exact error text, if available.

For Privacy or Deletion Requests, Include

  • Request scope: integration-only or full account deletion.
  • Provider and timeframe (if request is integration-specific).
  • Any compliance deadline or urgency context.

Support Targets

  • Initial response target: 1-3 business days.
  • Privacy/deletion request acknowledgment target: 3 business days.
  • Verified deletion completion target: up to 30 days, unless legal exceptions apply.

For Security Reports, Include

  • A concise description of the vulnerability or data exposure concern.
  • Steps to reproduce, affected URL or app surface, and approximate time observed.
  • Whether you accessed any personal, health, payment, or credential data.

Do not send passwords, API keys, provider tokens, or unnecessary health data in the first report. See Security for the reporting process.
